Well, the day has arrived, it is time to hop on the plane
and head to paradise!
Are you ready? Have you packed everything?
We have some tips to help.
1. You know it is going to be long plane ride, so prepare.
Good book, earplugs (you will still be able to hear, you just wont
have the engines roaring in your head).
Beverage, earphones, and Ipod.
2. Keep the carry-ons managable.
Trust that everyone else will bring way too much, so
the less you have to deal with, the happier your traveling experience will be.

It is never too soon to start practicing "acting like a local"
4. Don't forget that you are on vacation, probably with
someone really special to you. So remember to do a few extra
things on this trip. Add a flower to her hair. Tell him he looks
good in that snorkle mask. Plan a quiet picnic in a local park.
Take a stroll at sunset. The point is to not get so busy and caught
up in the "vacation" that you forget to have a vacation.
5. Wear sunscreen. Re-apply often. Really.
6. Bring a jacket, Volcano and Mauna Kea get quite cold. Really.
