If the Bride and Groom are guests of The Palms Cliff House Inn:


Simple Elegant Wedding (Bride and Groom Only):..$975
Includes Hawaiian Kahu (Minister) or Non-Denominational Minister,
Cliffside Location, One brides lei and one grooms lei, photos on cd taken by Palms Cliff House Inn Staff.

Cliff Side – up to 5 people: . $300

Cliff Side -6 to 40 people: $50
(charge is per additional person to a maximum $1,000.oo)

Cliff Side –40 to 200 people: $8,500
(Requires a two day rental of the entire property ($6,500) plus site fee ($2,000)......

Use of interior of house including Bride using staircase: $250

Reception Site fee:..$250
(Use of the Grand Lanai for three hours, event & clean-up not to exceed 10:00pm)

If the Bride and Groom are NOT guests of The Palms Cliff House Inn:

Wedding Charge: $1900.oo
Includes the following: Up to 5 attendees, Hawaiian minister, (Kahu) or Non-Denominational minister,
Cliff side location, Bride’s and Groom’s Prep Rooms, One brides lei and one grooms lei,

6 - 40 attendees (includes wedding party): additional $1000.00 Site Fee
Car pooling is recommended, Pricing for additional items such as chairs, arch, etc. are as listed on the web-site

41 - 100 attendees (includes wedding party): additional $1500.00 Site Fee
Shuttle service required.  May have Palms Cliff House arrange for or, you may arrange for yourself.
Pricing for additional items such as chairs, will have to be arranged by Palms Cliff House

1 hour allocated for wedding ceremony
Guests may arrive 30 minutes prior to the wedding start time
Flowers ordered thru florist may be delivered 1 hour prior to event
All items such as the wedding arch, aisle runner, chair set up, etc., will be done by the Palms Cliff House

Gratuity: an 18% gratuity is added to all food services.
You are responsible for tipping the minister, event staff, and entertainers.

Weddings may begin as early as 11 AM but can start no later than 5 PM

Max. Number of Guests: 40 and Reception seating is on the main lanai; the same lanai that is used to serve breakfast.

The standard set-up is five 42” square tables that will seat 4 people. If there will be more than 20 people at your event then you must use the 54 ” square tables and the banquet chairs. Five 60” tables will seat 40 people.

Please be aware that while it rarely happens it must be mentioned that damaged linens will be charged at replacement cost. Damages are determined by The Palms Cliff House Inn or rental source and are for things such as tears, stains that can not be removed, burn holes, scorch marks from candles, and missing inventory.

90” Square Cloth will give approx. a 15” drop on the 54 ” square table.
124” Square cloth will be floor length on a 54 ” square table.

Table Toppers can be place on the table square, on a diagonal, or as a runner. Please discuss your color choices with us,we are happy to custom create your table fantasy as well.

Floral Centerpieces are price in the flower section.

Please be aware that we charge for the flowers only. We have an extensive supply of unique vases that we use and reuse to create one of a kind Floral designs for your event. This is one way that we are able to provide you with greater value for your event budget. If you have a vase design you prefer, please let us know, we are happy to accommodate your requests.

Music:
We work with a number of muscians and can recoment individual, small to large groups, ensambles, and bands. Both Grammy Award Winners, and Local artists. Please ask for recomendations that will fit your budget and musical needs. Pricing starts at $300/hr.

Food:
Catering is based on client budget and style of service - call for more information. We are able to co-ordinate catering services for you through one of our prefered caterers. If you choose to use an outside source there is a $200. fee for the use of our kitchen by the caterer. There may also be fees for meeting with your caterer prior to your event, charged at $60/hr (one hr min. charge)

Photography:
Service provided by Photography by David Yee; located in Hilo. David Yee is the preferred photographer to use at The Palms Cliff House Inn because of his outstanding creative work, familiarity with the property, and past client approval.

Use of a different photographer will require at $200. fee as well as approval by the Palms Cliff House Inn. Please note this fee is required because the photographer must schedule a separate time to visit the site for an orientation of the property. This ensures you will receive the maximum time available for photography instead of the photographer becoming familiar with “Photo-Op” areas of the property on your time. Prior approval is needed to ensure you have selected a photographer that has a good track record with past guests for quality, service, and product.

Please note that the use of prefered caterers, photographers, videographers, hair and make-up artists, etc. includes full support of Palms Cliff House Inn Staff and materials (most have supplies that they store here on site). Use of outside sources does not include staff or facility support. Meaning: caterers must provide all their own supplies and not expect to use Palms Cliff House Inn refrigerators, freezers, linens, place settings, glassware, or expect use of the kitchen prior to one hour before the event, etc. unless specificly arranged for. Hair and make-up artists should not expect Palms Cliff House Inn to provide seating, towles, extra lightings, or extra bath ammenities for their use unless specificly arranged for. Florists should not expect Palms Cliff House Inn to pick up or refrigerate floral arrangements unless specificly arrange for, florals should be delivered within one hour of the event. Cake artists should not expect Palms Cliff House Inn to pick-up, refrigerate, or return cake supports unless specificly arrange for. Cakes should be delivered within one hour of the event.

Dates are not held without a signed contract and deposit on file.
